Fall is in the air at Mulino! We love it when the temperatures drop in Raleigh. It’s the perfect time to eat comfort food. When we think comfort, we think pasta. This month we would like to highlight three of our delicious pasta dishes that are perfect for fall.
Our lasagna is easily one of the most popular dishes we serve at Mulino. We make our lasagna with fresh pasta made from local and organic Lindley Mill flour and organic eggs, beef, and pork ragu, bechamel, and 36 months aged Parmigiano Reggiano. The combination of all of these flavors is truly out of this world!
Most everyone can agree that Mulino is a gorgeous space, but do you know the history behind it? Originally built in 1900, the historic building we call home is a multi-use property serving as the location of Mulino on the ground floor, offices on the second floor, and the third floor for our special events venue, Melrose Knitting Mill.
