Fall is in the air at Mulino! We love it when the temperatures drop in Raleigh. It’s the perfect time to eat comfort food. When we think comfort, we think pasta. This month we would like to highlight three of our delicious pasta dishes that are perfect for fall.
Our Picci Amatriciana is made with San Marzano Tomato, Onion, Italian Pancetta, Chili, and 36 Month Aged Parmigiano Reggiano and is one of our favorites as we head into fall.
Our Tagliatelle Bolognese is made with Fresh Pasta, Beef, and Pork Ragu, and 36 Month Aged Parmigiano Reggiano. Perfect to warm you up as the temperatures cool down.
It’s hard to leave our lasagna off any list. Our Lasagna is made with Fresh Pasta, Beef and Pork Ragu, Béchamel, and 36 Month Aged Parmigiano Reggiano. Talk about comfort food! Take a look at a recent blog post dedicated to all of the lasagna lovers out there.
As we head into fall, we also like to drink more red wine! Don’t get us wrong, we drink red all year long, but when the crisp air hits, a beautiful bold red is just what we want. Take a look at some of our favorite reds by the glass below.
