Fall is one of our favorite times of year here at Mulino. The changing of the weather and the leaves gives us so much inspiration! If you are planning a trip to Italy we highly recommend autumn in these places.
Piedmont
Roreo in Piedmont is pretty year-round but especially in the fall. The Rorero Chestnut trail takes you to some of the principal wine-producing areas which is another reason we love it. See what selections we have on our wine list from the Piedmont region.
Lombardy
For those who plan to visit Lombardy during autumn, we highly recommend an outdoor excursion to Bagni di Masino Forest. The magical woodland is quite spectacular in autumn! We feature several selections from Lombardy on our wine list. Be sure to check it out next time you’re dining with us!
Puglia
The Umbra Forest is part of the Gargano National Park and is an overlooked Puglia attraction that really comes into its own during the autumn. Enjoy a variety of tracks and paths that wind their way through the forest while you enjoy the fall foliage.
