The dish above is our Manzo. Manzo means “beef” in Italian and our dish features ribeye steak, all-natural black Angus beef, seasonal local vegetables, and rosemary roasted potatoes.
Pair this hearty meal with something from our extensive wine menu. Our wine menu is focused on Italian estate vineyards and is definitely one of the highlights of dining at Mulino. Our wine menu is constantly changing. Ask your server to recommend the perfect bottle to pair with our Manzo or any of the dishes off our of our menu.

This pink refreshment is our Fuga di Primavera or “Spring Escape”. It is made with Ketel One Botanical Cucumber & Mint, fresh basil, and muddled blueberries.
