Today, that legacy continues under the expert guidance of Head Winemaker Nicole Hitchcock. With a degree from the University of California at Davis and a background that spans from harvest internships in Australia to the hills of Umbria, Italy, Nicole brings a global perspective and a meticulous touch to every bottle.

J Vineyards Pinot Gris – $13 Glass / $48 Bottle
California
This Pinot Gris is a vibrant expression of the varietal. It opens with bright aromas of apricot and honeysuckle, leading to a palate of crisp pear, white peach, and a hint of tropical fruit. Its zesty acidity and clean finish make it incredibly refreshing.
- The Pairing: Tuna Crudo. The wine’s bright citrus notes and crisp acidity beautifully enhance the fresh tuna and yuzu vinaigrette.
J Vineyards Chardonnay – $15 Glass / $55 Bottle
Russian River Valley, California
A classic cool-climate Chardonnay, this wine offers a beautiful balance of richness and elegance. Expect layered notes of baked apple, lemon curd, and a touch of toasted oak and vanilla. It is creamy yet elevated by a backbone of refreshing acidity.
- The Pairing: Scallop Fonduta. The wine’s buttery undertones and structural weight are a luxurious match for the black truffles and parmigiano cream.
J Vineyards Pinot Noir – $15 Glass / $55 Bottle
Russian River Valley, California
Nicole Hitchcock’s expertise truly shines in this Pinot Noir. It is silky and aromatic, featuring deep flavors of black cherry, dark plum, and wild strawberry, accented by subtle hints of earthy spice and forest floor. The tannins are velvety, leading to a long, graceful finish.
- The Pairing: Gnocchi Al Tartufo. The earthiness of the black truffle and the richness of the parmigiano crema perfectly complement the delicate fruit and savory undertones of this Pinot Noir.
