From Tuesday, Jan. 28, to Sunday, Feb. 2, 2025, this weeklong event showcases the best restaurants across Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, and beyond. First Course
Salmon Croquette: Fried and served over a lemon citrus ricotta cake

Caesar Salad: Romaine salad, roasted white anchovy emulsion, toasted croutons, and Parmigiano Reggiano
Second Course

Lobster Linguine: Linguine served with a lobster cream sauce and tomatoes

Spinach Ravioli: Homemade ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach. Served with a pesto parmesan cream sauce (Can substitute with gluten-free penne pasta)
Third Course
Pistachio Cannoli: Whipped ricotta and pistachios
