The second property where we are the exclusive caterer is The Wakefield. If you are searching for event spaces look no further than these two places. We know your guests will enjoy delicious food no matter what the occasion is!

Melrose Knitting Mill
Originally built in 1900, the historic building we call home is a multi-use property serving as the location for our third-story special events venue, offices on the second floor, and Mulino Italian Kitchen & Bar on the ground floor.
In 2014, Mulino owner, Samad Hachby aimed his creative pursuits even higher (quite literally) and renovated the third-story space to accommodate the larger weddings, special events, and parties that his restaurant was being sought after to host. Today, the historic Melrose Knitting Mill sits perched high atop 309 N. Dawson Street welcoming guests to a true destination within the heart of the city.

The Wakefield
The Historic Wakefield Barn was originally built in the 1930s, surrounded by beautiful natural gardens, courtyards, and a spacious terrace. Today, The Barn has been restored with great care, creating a functional space for exquisite events, while keeping its original charm.
Wow! This venue was amazing! It’s beautifully decorated, the grounds are well kept and the staff was amazing for my daughter’s wedding. Steph, the day of coordinator was FANTASTIC! She was so kind, organized, and on top of it all! They were not short on staff at all, the meal was fantastic, the staff changed from the wedding ceremony into the reception very quickly and effectively.
