It is HOT in Raleigh but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy eating outside at Mulino’s outdoor oasis! Our new planters are not only providing privacy and protection but offer shade if you choose to sit by the pool. We also have fans underneath the awning to keep you cool all summer long!
With the warm weather, you might be wanting a lighter meal especially if you are eating outside. We’ve got perfect, fresh menu options for you to choose from. Take a look at some of our favorites!
TAGLIERE: Proscuitto, Salame, Coppa, Taleggio, Caciocavallo, Pecorino. Olives, Pickled Vegetables.
Who doesn’t love a meat and cheese board? The tagliere is perfect to share as an appetizer, but could also be a nice and light dinner! Don’t forget to pair it with a glass of Italian wine. Our wine menu is constantly changing so stop by and taste what’s new.
SFIZZIOSA: Red Beets, Shaved Fennel, Organic Arugula, Fresh Orange Wedges, Walnut, Citron Dressing.
This beet salad is also a favorite right now! The beets, oranges, and walnuts make this a filling salad and the citron dressing is so light and refreshing.
BURRATA: Organic Arugula, Roasted Bell Peppers, Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, Olives, Burrata Cheese, Balsamic Dressing.
If you are a fan of cheese, you must order the burrata! You can’t go wrong sharing this or wanting to eat this on your own. Other great options for lighter meals are the pesce, which is our seasonal fish, or the Margarita Pizza, because… pizza is always a good idea! 😉
